Karjeras

Mērķi

Mēs uzskatām, ka efektīva karjeras atbalsta sniegšana palīdz paaugstināt vēlmes, uzlabot motivāciju un pārvarēt šķēršļus panākumu gūšanai. Ņūlendas meiteņu skola ir apņēmusies nodrošināt augstas kvalitātes CEIAG, kas ļauj skolēniem pieņemt apzinātus karjeras lēmumus. Mūsu mērķis ir nodrošināt mūsu skolēnus ar nepieciešamajām prasmēm, lai pielāgotos pastāvīgi mainīgajam ekonomiskajam klimatam, iedvesmojot viņus kļūt par karjeras apguvējiem mūža garumā. Tas tiek panākts, izmantojot visaptverošu aktivitāšu programmu, kas aptver 7.–11. gadu un tālāk, un kuras pamatā ir nacionāli atzītie Getsbija kritēriji.

Karjeras programma 

Ņūlendas karjeras programma 2020.–2021. gadam

Mūsu karjeras programma sastāv no; skolas aktivitātes, ko vada iekšējais personāls, pasākumi, kuros iesaistīti ārējie partneri (piemēram, koledžas, absolventi, apmācību nodrošinātāji, darba devēji un universitātes) un ārējie apmeklējumi. Ņemot vērā pašreizējos apstākļus saistībā ar Covid-19 pandēmiju, mums diemžēl ir nācies atlikt dažas no mūsu plānotajām aktivitātēm rudens semestrī (sarkanā krāsā). Atsevišķas aktivitātes, piemēram, karjeras sapulces un rudens semestrī plānotie atklātie pasākumi iespēju robežās ir pārcelti uz virtuāliem pasākumiem, šobrīd tiek izskatītas līdzīgi plānotās aktivitātes pavasara semestrī un, kur iespējams, tiek izstrādātas virtuālās alternatīvas (dzintars). Iekšējā personāla vadītās aktivitātes var noritēt, kā plānots, tas attiecas arī uz individuālām konsultācijām, kas tiek nodrošinātas praktiski (zaļi).  

Mēs turpināsim uzraudzīt nepārtraukti mainīgo situāciju un attiecīgi grozīsim savus noteikumus tuvāk pavasara/vasaras noteikumiem.

Ņemot vērā plānošanas un organizācijas līmeni, kas nepieciešams veiksmīgas darba pieredzes programmas īstenošanai, mums ir šaubas, vai varēsim turpināt darbu vasaras periodā, tāpēc meklējam virtuālas alternatīvas, ko sniegt pavasarī.
