Subjects

The curriculum at The Boulevard Academy provides our students with the opportunity to achieve academic excellence, to develop an appreciation of culture and cultural diversity, and to participate actively in life with a respect for themselves, the local community, the wider world, and the global environment.

Our curriculum is designed to give every student the platform they need to go on to study at college, Sixth Form, or to go into training when they leave school. We work hard to ensure that every child, whatever their ability, achieves their full potential through a broad and balanced curriculum.

Choices

Pupils complete their studies by choosing from a range of subjects to gain further GCSE or vocational qualifications.

These courses are challenging and develop valuable skills in communication, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, business awareness and entrepreneurship. This range of subjects not only stimulates and interests pupils during their Key Stage Four studies, but will also give them the foundation they need to make their own career or educational choices when they leave Boulevard Academy.
